How to use : Perform a patch test on an area of the skin before applying across your forehead. After you are pleased with the outcome then apply a thin layer of Hold Me Down Adhesive across the forehead. Allow the adhesive to become tacky and appear clear before applying another layer. (We recommend between four and six layers if you plan on wetting yur hair or going under water , but four is very common!) After applying your unit allow the unit to be on for at least 24 hours before getting it wet.

: Everyone’s body and skin isn’t the same some may have oiler skin than others some people skin may be more sensitive . If this is the case, the adhesive will eventually break down because of your bodily oils. PLEASE Read the ingredients and perform a patch test on yourself before using on your entire forehead.
